Representatives of Anagnost showed up as about a dozen residents aired their concerns with the New Hampshire Union Leader.

The 30-unit apartment building on Agnes Street was flooded April 23 when a standpipe burst, sending thousands of gallons of water gushing through hallways and apartments. Anagnost said repair estimates approach $1 million.
Residents said the standpipe was faulty, but police blame it on vandalism.
